Originally from Hyderabad, India, Sanjay made the U.S. his home after earning his master’s at Northeastern University in Boston and settling in Colorado.
A strategist and product leader, Sanjay’s consulting expertise spans industries, from aerospace and CPG/retail to financial services and public health. Currently, he is modernizing a state agency’s disease surveillance platform. His global experience includes engagements in New Zealand, India, Korea, Finland, France, Germany, the UK, and across the U.S.
In 2008 Sanjay started researching a passion project that was later launched as SLOWCOLOR, an award-winning B-Corp social enterprise empowering handloom weavers in Telangana, India. The initiative revived heritage natural dyeing techniques and ensured living wages through fair trade.
Sanjay’s commitment to service includes seven years as a board member of Seva.org, advancing global eye care, and two years as President of the United Nations Association, Denver Chapter (UNA-Denver), championing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) locally. He now serves on the Colorado Circular Communities Enterprise (C3) board, driving statewide circular economy initiatives.

Raised in Wyoming and drawn to mountainous landscapes, Tricia calls Colorado her home with Sanjay.
Blending art, design, and philosophy with business and strategy, Tricia’s career spans entrepreneurship, consulting, and leadership in innovation. She launched an SMB accounting practice, co-founded the B-Corp social enterprise SLOWCOLOR, advised a global technology innovator’s largest clients—translating complex challenges into scalable solutions—and managed cross-functional teams focused on the adoption of cloud and data/AI technologies. In the public sector, most recently she expanded strategic partnerships for a leading Earth system science research institution.
A natural facilitator, Tricia employs participatory methods to help teams synthesize insights, align priorities, and turn ideas into actionable initiatives. She excels at breaking silos, reinforcing strategic focus, and fostering collaboration across ecosystems.
With global experience spanning Fortune 500s, startups, non-profits, and government agencies, Tricia brings a multidisciplinary, cross-sector perspective to every engagement. She currently serves as a consultant with Stanford Seed Transformation Program companies, partnering with entrepreneurs in emerging markets to build thriving enterprises that transform lives.
